Muscle defines Us.

The body, the motor, the physics, the chemistry.

What we need is an intellectual construct.

 

Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility.

Each of these are studied, practiced, and refined.

 

The foundation of human life is fitness.

Everyone is ranked by physical means.

 

If you love to lift, you are lucky.

If you love to run, you are lucky.

If you are flexible, you won't complain.

Smile if You are fit.
