For decades we have been told how much, how often, and how hard to exercise. And for decades many people have started an exercise program, yet most of them have quit. We believe people want to exercise.

We believe that the way you think about exercise, the way you do it, and how well it works are issues at the very core of your success or failure. How much, how often, and how hard are minor considerations compared to what you do and how you do it.

We are Personal Fitness Trainers Lawrence Lee Lane and Jennifer Grantham and we have created a new image of fitness: a body that looks great, feels great, works perfectly at all times, and doesn't get old, weak, and feeble. The purpose and goal of our physical education program is to liberate humankind from the perceived notion that fat, sickness, and aging are inevitable.

We own GymStudio, a private personal training gym located in Dallas, TX. With backgrounds in exercise physiology and environmental design, we bring together a focus on the long-term effects of fitness and how to practice it as a lifestyle. We created The Personal Training Show® to bring back Physical Education one exercise at a time.

The Personal Training Show® is a physical education website whose mission is to harness resistance training technique and aerobic exercise to develop and maintain the biology that controls lifespan.

We use that knowledge to teach a fine motor program that enables people to lead longer and healthier lives. Embracing this message includes awareness of individual effort and focus on the long-term effects of fitness.
