My new Facebook friends Lawrence Lee Lane and Jennifer Grantham make amazing weightlifting demos. They've managed, just through what looks to be their own natural elegance, to bring high art to muscle-building. I love all their videos and pics, but if I had to pick a favorite, this would be it. 

I really enjoy the session pics you and your gorgeous lady post. Plenty of muscle, plenty of grit, but with style, grace, sophistication, and savoir faire. They could easily fit in the pages of Parisian Vogue, and they always make my day more beautiful and inspired!!!
