Not everyone was meant to exercise.
It is a luxury to want it.
It is a priority to schedule it.
It is an art and science to develop it.
Only the lucky ones understand it.
Let the other people go.
Call it “their right.”
Worry not.
Work.
Think About It

Fitness is a singular pursuit.
You choose, I am going to exercise, and I am going to be fit.
Most people never make this choice and always fail.
Ask yourself, is fitness a requirement for a high school diploma? Algebra is.
And what about college?
Do the staff and faculties of colleges model fitness behaviors?
Is anyone in college given an incomplete if they don’t have muscle tone?
With a college degree, you do not know how to manage anatomy and physiology.
Save Yourself.
I am reverent to the human body.
A good body is a human right.
I pursue fitness.
Weakness is the root of all problems.
I believe in an exercise solution.
Muscle is good.
